Dardan joined the GI-TOC in March 2022 as Field Coordinator for Kosovo for the South Eastern Europe Observatory. Dardan holds a degree in Management, Economics and Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology and MA on Advanced European Studies from European College of Parma and the University of Parma. Additionally, he has completed various courses at George C. Marshall Center, Naval Postgraduate School/Center for Civil-Military Relations, and Geneva Centre for Security Policy
