About this speaker
Roegchanda Pascoe is a community activist focusing on issues relating to crime and violence in Cape Town. In her role as a community activist she mediates with gang members, assists with victim support and empowerment, mobilizes and coordinates community marches against crime, and mentors youth. Roegchanda is currently the Chairperson of the Manenberg Safety Forum and the Western Cape United Safety Front. She is also the interim chairperson of the Cape Flats Women’s Alumni.
