Olena Kryzhanivska PhD

Olena Kryzhanivska, PhD, is a Ukrainian defence analyst and author of Ukraine's Arms Monitor weekly publication. She has provided expert analysis for the Norwegian Embassy in Turkey and the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs. Olena has been an Emerging Expert with the arms control civil society organization, the Forum on the Arms Trade, and a member of the Advisory Committee for the Small Arms Survey project, Supporting Ukraine in Addressing the Risks of Small Arms and Light Weapons Proliferation. Currently, her research focuses on military transfers, cooperation, defence production, and drone warfare in the context of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
