Andrew Caruana Galizia

Acting Deputy Head of Europe and Eurasia. Previously, led government engagement work for the Forum on Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, South Asia and ADB and APEC as a Global Leadership Fellow. Career diplomat from 2012-2017 with postings as deputy head of mission in Berlin and New Delhi and as EU Council working group delegate on human rights, disarmament and arms export control for the Maltese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Earlier, policy advisor to a Member of the European Parliament (2011-2012) and trainee at the EU Delegation to Israel (2010-2011). Co-founder of the Daphne Caruana Galizia Foundation.
